With over 10 years in the bookkeeping and tax industry, Becky knows what it takes to get your bookkeeping tax-ready and will take your financials from start to finish. Officially licensed as a CPA in January 2027, but don't be fooled- she started from the ground up and can explain your business' bookkeeping to you in plain English without all the muddied CPA jargon.
Although she specializes in dental practices, Becky has worked in various industries over the past 10 years honing her skills and can tackle any small business' accounting needs with ease. Over the past year, she has been working in the non-profit world preparing 990 returns for various non-profits in Sacramento.
When she's not at work, Becky enjoys spending time with her son and fiancé hiking, backpacking, paddleboarding, and playing videogames.

As a monthly bookkeeping client, when should I expect to receive my bookkeeping reports?
Since bookkeeping relies entirely on the timing of the bank statements we receive, you should expect your books to be completed by the 15th of the following month (i.e. September's bookkeeping reports will be sent to you by October 15th). During the tax crunch, these times may vary. We will clearly communicate early on if we are expecting your books to arrive late that month so you are prepared.
What are your fees?
Since every business' needs vary drastically, we encourage you to set up a free consultation with us to determine the fees your company would pay upon signing an engagement. We will discuss your business' specific needs, the complexity of preparation based on your monthly transactions/business style, and come up with a plan you can feel good about.
